This work provides safety, counseling, and discipleship for girls who have experienced abuse, while also reaching surrounding communities to address the root causes of exploitation.

This past weekend, our family was commissioned as missionaries to Malawi during the When the Saints banquet, where we will help launch a second safe home for vulnerable girls. We seek prayers for our church, our children, our preparation, family unity, and the future safe home, trusting in God’s faithfulness.
Over the last few weeks, Jessica and I have been awestruck, completely overwhelmed, by God’s provision and the generosity of our friends, family, and network.

When the girls at When the Saints started learning to crochet, most of the yarn came from generous friends in the U.S. But this week, we took the next step—finding a yarn supplier right in Malawi. Our newly found potential supplier was in Blantyre, 370 km away! We wondered how we’d get it from Blantyre to Mponela… until God provided a way (he’s good like that!!).
