We’re going because the love of Christ demands a response—and that response is obedience. The gospel compels us to go where healing is needed, where lives have been broken, and where the transforming love of Jesus brings restoration. We believe God is sending us to Malawi to come alongside a work already in motion—through When the Saints and the faithful local believers who are bringing healing to those who have been affected by sexual exploitation.
Jesus told his disciples: “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” We are answering that call—not to lead from a distance, but to live among the people and serve the work on the ground.
Through our partnership, we are relocating to Malawi to invest our lives in this mission of restoration and discipleship—supporting a vision where women are set free to heal and live with dignity, and where communities are shaped by truth, purity, and the hope of the gospel. We are especially excited to be helping to provide a safe place where girls can experience safety, healing, and the steady, life-changing truth of Jesus.
This is not a short-term visit. This is a long-term commitment to live, serve, and build alongside the work God is already doing. We are not going as the center of the mission—but as those sent to serve, strengthen, and participate in what God is building through His people. At the core, this is about obedience. We have asked God to make His will clear—and He has. So we are saying yes.
